Production Time
All of our products are made to order, just for you!
Please expect a production time of 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). However, on occasion, additional time may be needed due to high order volume.
In order to better serve you, some items may be shipped in multiple packages.

We ship from multiple warehouses in the USA to ensure the quickest delivery of your order.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. Once an order leaves our warehouse, we lose control over its whereabouts and speediness of delivery. If your package appears to be lost, stolen or damaged, please contact your carrier directly
We are not responsible for any customs duties or import tax.
Please double-check your address and be sure it is correct. We cannot replace or refund merchandise shipped to the wrong address or marked as undeliverable. If your item is returned to us and you wish us to resend it, please contact us for a reship invoice.

We are unable to cancel or edit orders once they are placed. Please be sure your address and sizing selections are correct prior to check out.
