Returns and Refund
The "Oops, Something Went Wrong" Policy
Each order is crafted specifically for you, so we don't offer returns or exchanges for things like incorrect sizing or a change of heart.
That said...
We want you to love your purchase. If something arrives damaged, defective, or just plain wrong, we'll make it right!
How it works:
- Product damaged or defective? Full refund, no questions asked
- You have 30 days from purchase to let us know
- Item needs to be unused and in the condition you received it
- Email us at whitney@dobieandco.com
There is a human on the other end, if something is wrong, just reach out to us! We are here to help, no drama!
Cancellations and Exchanges
We are unable to cancel, edit or exchange orders once they are placed. Please be sure your delivery address and sizing selections are correct prior to check out.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal items (such as beauty products or any undergarments). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Lost and Stolen Packages
Dobie & Co. is unable to replace any lost or stolen packages. Please contact package carrier in the event a package has been lost or stolen.
Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping.
